Marion’s Acres is in Fort Pierre, South Dakota.
The
Marion’s Acres Subdivision is situated in
a large 28 acre meadow framed by beautiful woodlands. Development of these large wooded lots has started and the developers plan to have Phases 1, 2, 4,
6
and 7 platted and available for sale since the summer of 2004.
These home sites have full services to
each lot line, and covenants designed to ensure that the properties are
built and maintained to a high standard.
Lots sizes will start at 1/4 acre in
size with people able to design the size and location of their acreage.
